The Delaware County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce is a public/private partnership of the Small Business Administration, the Ohio Department of Development, Columbus State Community Collage, and other local partners.  The SBDC provides entrepreneurial development assistance and high-end business consulting to existing and start-up business owners.
